European Union Break Up

Very funny, very clever 8 minute short about the relationship between Germany, Greece, Spain and the UK. In place of countries are a Greek man and German woman having a domestic argument about money.  Very worthwhile watching.

“I am perpetually boggled as to why this is an issue. If a model does not work go back to the tried and tested systems or do something new. You can always reinstate it later when things are nice again and you can iron the faults out. This lot running the game at the moment have such big ego’s they lack the foresight to see they are sticking their grandchildren into a slum. Who wants to do that to their line?! Rome had the same problem…Too much excess, centralization and refusal to adapt the system etc. In the end it failed not through power but through it’s gravity exceeding it’s ability to expand via ‘old’ concepts.”

Cameron is forcing change & model is adapting so your pessimism unfounded. Effectively, we are doing something new, but we’re still together.
